Eligibility for Purchasing A Firearm

Gun Zone of America LLC observes all state and federal laws regarding the sale of firearms.

You must be a resident of Oregon for handgun purchases.

You are not eligible to purchase a firearm if your situation reflects any one or more of the following:

• You've been convcited of a felony
• You've been convicted of a domestic violence misdemeanor
• You are free on any form of pre-trial release while awaiting trial for a felony
• The conditions of your probation prohibits you from possessing firearms
• You are mentally ill and have been specfically prohibited from purchasing a firearm by court order as a result of a commitment hearing after January 1, 1990
• You have convicted or found not guilty by reason of insanity during the previous four years for the following misdemeanors: assault 4th degree; menacing; recklessly endangering; intimidation 2nd degree
• You have a restraining order against you for harassment, stalking or threatening an intimate partner or child of an intimate partner
• You are a fugitive from justice
• You are a user of or addicted to any controlled substance
• You have received a dishonorable discharge from the Armed Forces
• You have renounced your U.S. citizenship
• You don't have proper documentation to live and work in the U.S.
